Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Qelvion website and, where applicable, to the services we provide to clients.

Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. The content on this website is provided for general information about Qelvion and our services. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that every detail will be error-free or current at all times.

You agree not to use this website in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Our services

Qelvion provides website design and development, landing pages, Google Business Profile work, search engine optimisation, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, social media marketing, lead generation and related marketing systems, as described on our website. The exact scope of any project is set out in the quote or proposal agreed with the client.

Quotes and proposals

  • A quote is an offer based on the information you give us at the time of your enquiry.
  • If the scope, requirements or third-party costs change, the quote may need to be revised before work continues.
  • Prices shown on our website are indicative of the packages described there; the terms of your project are those confirmed with you in writing.
  • Work usually starts once the scope and payment arrangement have been agreed.

Client responsibilities

To deliver on time we rely on you to:

  • Provide the content, images, logos, business details and access we need.
  • Confirm that you have the right to use any material you supply to us.
  • Give feedback and approvals within a reasonable time.
  • Keep your own account credentials for third-party platforms secure.

Delays in receiving materials, approvals or third-party access may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual property

The Qelvion name, logo, website design and website content belong to Qelvion. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Content, logos and material that you supply for your project remain yours. Ownership of custom work produced for a client, and any licence granted over it, is as agreed in writing for that project. Third-party components such as fonts, images, plugins or platform templates remain subject to the licence terms of their owners.

Third-party platforms

Some services depend on platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), domain registrars, hosting providers and similar services. Those platforms set their own rules, approval processes, pricing and availability, and they can change them at any time. We are not responsible for a third-party platform’s decisions, downtime, policy changes or account actions, although we will work with you to resolve issues where we reasonably can.

Marketing, SEO and advertising results

Search engine rankings, advertising performance, enquiry volumes and sales depend on many factors outside our control, such as competition, budget, seasonality, your own response times and the policies of search and advertising platforms. We apply proven practices and report honestly on performance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead numbers, revenue or results.

Domains, hosting and third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting, advertising budgets, subscriptions and other third-party fees are only included where a quote or package specifically says so. Anything not listed as included is billed by, or payable to, the relevant third party. Details of what is included in each package are shown on our pricing page.

Website availability

We aim to keep this website available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qelvion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of this website or from third-party platform decisions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
